I spend 30 minutes with them on the Phone with no luck. They tell me to go to a technician. The problem is no Calls are coming through. But, if I am already on a call then it shows that someone is calling me. I cleared all the call forwarding settings. The notifications are set correctly. The sceen do not light up and show that someone is calling me.
