I have facing issue from my new phone xz from last two weeks while I am using some applications, it's hanging and after restart.. please solve it

Chrome freezes for me regularly, and FB does when I try to englarge a photo.

Can you please try it safemode and see if the same thing occurs with the default apps, such as Chrome?

I'm facing the same problem i try repair the phone by pc or make factory reset without luck this problem appear after last nogut update,,

I have solved the problem by downgrade to 6.0.1 now no restart so i think it's software problem please fix it sony.

Hello there,

Once I updated my xperia xz, it keep restart , restart and restart. It is so annoying until I almost throw it on the wall. Please fix it. The problem occured everytime I enlarge a phyo on facebook and watching youtube.

Already done factory reset and plugged in computer repaired. The problem still remain the same. It is without pluging in Sim card and memory card.

Hello nolram, I did reset and repaired. It still happened again.... After I updated to nougat, restart loop nvr stop…

I got same problem, after I repaired by XC.

The XZ dual firmware version is 39.2.A.0.374

I just get my phone back from service center. After 30minutes, it restart again……… ahhhh!! Now still happening. They told me maybe my battery and boards issues then they chnged it. But still the same thing happened again and again. Gosh…

Same here but with Z5 after the nougat update. factory reset, after couple hours just starts again.

Frustrating. phone unusable now. Dont install nougat!!!!

after nouget update 7 my xz dual restart alone some times randomly when i downgrade to MM 39.0.A.3.30 the problem gone that mean it's not hardware problem anysoultion?

If you did the upgrade over your old system, it might cause such issues. I'd suggest a clean upgrade by doing a backup using Xperia Companion then performing a software repair using Xperia Companion.
