XZ Premium SIM Network Unlock PIN

I want to switch my XZ PREMIUM from the Vodafone network to Virgin. I have received the NUC from Vodafone but it did not work, I have now had a second NUC still with out success. Can anyone advise how to unlock from Vodafone?

I'd suggest going into Vodafone and asking why they have provided 2 codes that don't work when it should be 1 that will work.

Too many attempts will hard lock the phone

I have already tried going into the Vodafone store but all they advise is calling Vodafone Technical Support again. Can Sony Technical Support assist?

To be honest I'm not sure, my understanding is that the network's hold the unlock codes and provide them. You can of course try, but I have a feeling it's down to the network..
