Phone still has problems after warranty claim

First of course after the update the buttery but even before the wireless and Bluetooth are not working properly like the wireless doesn't work unless if I am standing with 3 m of the wifi and I tried it with more than 20 different wifi sets and yet the same problem, also the same thing happening with the Bluetooth connection, and also there is a black dot in the front camera.
And I went to the guaranty provider more than 3 times and everytime I send the phone they send it back with problems.
What should I do in this case???
