@Roni1 Have you somehow enabled do not disturb mode? Press volume button and select end now.

I'm sorry to hear about that.

Are other sounds working in your phone, for example when you receive a call or a notification from an application?

Please make sure that do not disturb is activated like @alexdon recommended. This will disable all sounds in your phone.

I would recommend checking that these applications are not blocked, if they are you will not receive notifications from them.

Go to Settings > Notifications > find the app(s) > tap on it and check if "Block all" is activated.

You can also reboot your phone in safe mode, ask someone to send you an email or a text message and see if you can hear the notification sound.
