Android 10 update - Alarm not working

Hello,

After yesterday's update to android 10 the alarm stopped working on my XZ2. Alarm won't ring at any time. Anyone else came across with same issue? Is there any solution for this?

I have the same problem. And moreover it's now impossible to connect to the net without wifi !

the same for me. it seems they have had the same problem in the past that was solved after a software update. Alarm bug in 2020??? what for a test system do they have???

Mine doesn't work either. I had problem with the earlier version also but now it doesn't work at all. I have now been two days late for work because of this.

Besides the alarm clock, it does not connect to wifi.

But .... do the updates prove them or not?

I have a similar problem. For me, the alarm clock rings twice instead of just once

Same here.

No problems with the wi-fi though...knock on wood.

Also overslept, just realised who the villain was.

Any response from Sony yet?

Alarm work fine, but call ring and microphone sometimes not working, and only reboot can help.

By me it starts 4-5 times with 20sec between. Also when its turned off...

Mine also starts ringing after 20 sec, even that the delay is set to 10 min. And the phone is very, very slow after the update. Sony; please fix this!!

My alarm goes off, but then a little after another alarm goes off that is not set. This happened three times this morning. Extra alarms also claim they where snooze since a time the day before.

Since the new software update for my xz2 compact, the alarm function has stopped working ... Despite the active alarm time, the smartphone does not make any sound.

For me the alarm goes completely crazy. Snooze at 5 minutes but after 1 minute the alarm goes off again, no message on the screen so cannot be switched off.

The app but closed and other clock app put on it .... 😕😕

Model H8324 Experia compact After the latest update. The Alarmclock do not start the alarmsound. Despite that "do not disturb" is not activated. Anyone with same trouble.

Same here, no alarm, no notifications, only telephone ringing. Please Sony:fix this very very quick!!

The alarm rings, when you turn it off, the alarm repeats itself, this repeats itself several times.
