Microphone not working during calls on loudspeaker after Android 10 update!

Hi,

When I start a conversation (standard call) with loudspeaker or initially without loudspeaker and then switch to loudspeaker microphone on XZ2C stops working and the person on the other side cannot hear me (I hear him clearly).

This started to occur after the last update few days ago.

If I use loudspeaker with any other app such as Viber then microphone works.

PLEASE HELP.

I experience a similar problem after Android 10 update- When recording a message on WhatsApp or FB Messenger, the message recording is VERY quiet. The phonecalls (either WhatsApp or Operator) sound just fine. Also sound on video recording is alright. I deleted WhatsApp and installed it again, the issue persists.

I have the same problem. I also tested the microphone through the service menu (*#*#7378423#*#*) and the 2nd microphone is completely off. This happened after the update to Android 10
