Trouble with finding Volte settings and android 10 update from Android 9

Hello!

I can´t find settings for Volte calls in my Xperia xz1 Compact phone. Got a new phone from warranty service and after that haven´t found the settings anymore. Also should android 9 upgrade to Android 10 in this phone? No updates have been offered.

Hi! the VoLte service is mostly for devices which are branded with operator customized software to support the service. you can get this checked with the network providers.

Hi!

I have done this already with my operator DNA Finland. They said that the phone should be taken warranty service. This can`t be possible because it´s a brand new phone and works otherwise accordingly. Also there hasn´t come the system update to Android 10.

The phone will almost certainly need to be on the firmware that the network uses, this is most likely to be the firmware that the phone is on when purchased from them.

I'm afraid the firmware is not downloadable, it must be set from the start by operators. Also about the device getting Android 10, I doubt that the device would hold the new operating system, so it won't be released.
