Sony xz not turning on

Hi,

today I've updated my phones' software and after update was finished mostly all apps pictograms were white (without colors). I tried to restart my phone, but now the "android" and "xperia" screens appear, asks for a pin and then the screen goes black and does everything again.

I think is some kind of loop. Maybe cos I had some theme installed before update?

Maybe somebody can help me fix this?

Welcome to the community.

I'm sorry to hear this. I recommend that you try start your device in safe mode to see if this behavior is caused by one of your downloaded themes or apps as these will be temporarily disabled in this mode.

I would also recommend that you try and temporarily remove any SD and SIM card from your device to see if they may be causing this behavior.

If the device is still behaving the same way I'd recommend that you do a software repair using Xperia Companion.
