Can't save pictures on SD

My xperia xz was working well but for some reason I try to update my apps now and they go into a endless updating cycle also when I take a picture to save into the SD card, it says picture could not be taken anyone having this problem?

1. regarding app updates, are you on the latest google play version? try to clear data of the app. settings>apps>(app) >clear data, restart your device

2.) try to boot to safe mode, and take a picture. does it work?/

it seems that your sd card might got corrupted somehow. can you try to connect it to a pc. ?

Sadly I don't have a pc and my laptop doesn't support the xperia companion thing support told me that it's a glitch in the update everything from Google play Store is up to date and some apps already got updated by force as far as pictures I switched to internal memory and when I try to move apps from phone to SD card it just gets stuck
