First try to charge the battery.

Maybe with another charging cable.

When you long press the power button there is no buzz after a while?

Hi @coxl65, sorry to hear about this.

Have you tried holding down the volume up and the power button for 6 seconds? This will force the device to shut down or restart.

If the device still isn't powering on, hold down the same buttons for 120 seconds > connect the device to a charger and charge until you see a battery icon on the screen and then turn the device on.
