stuck at verifying system update and repair is failed with companion

Hi,

my phone stuck at verifying system update for many days now.

then i tried to use xperia companion, prompt message failed.

what should i do now?

You could first:

--manually copy all of your documents to a computer using a USB cable,

--mke sure that Google has recently backed up all of your data, and then:

If you have any previous recent full backups through Xperia Comapanion, you could attempt to restore one of those to your phone (using Xperia Companion).

Or-

You could attempt to do the full restore of your phone's firmware using Xperia Companion, which will automtically obtain the most recent from Sony. But your phone would be restored to factory settings, and then you'd allow Google to set up your phone with apps, and you'd restore your documents manually copied, above.

But how i can do full restore with sony companion? Because it prompt msg failed when tried to repair using sony companion.
