Hello,

please, is it possible use finger touch only, when the button is pressed?

When I take the phone to hand, I touch hand to the power button. Then I want to put my finger there and I must wait 30 seconds, because there was too much bad touches from my hand!

It is really annoying.

The best way to resolve this, is to delete the fingerprints registered and scan them again.

When you scan your finger again, scan it in the same position that you will have your finger in later when unlocking the phone.

I have registered only one thumb. It is OK. The reading is really fast and great. But when I am moving the phone or taking it, I place the hand on the button. I don't want to register all parts of my hands. But the button it takes as bad touch. Then I cannot put my right scanned thumb, because there was too much bad scans of my palm.

It happens to me too on my 1 III, it's basically the placement of the fingerprint scanner. It still happens to me after 5 months of using the phone.
