Do you have a second phone that you can take a picture with so we can see how it looks? That would be very helpful.

Thank you!

Hi Everyone,

I would like to ask if some sony users (specifically xperia 10 plus) encountered what look like a turbid hazy portion of their touch screen which is very visible when phone is inactive. When I try to clean it with cloth it doesn't come off. When the backlight is on or screen is active this is not visible so I thought this was just a stain but I cannot remove it. (I did not attempt to use any cleaning agent solution because it might damage the phone or screen).

I have this gut feeling that these are scratches or cracked protion of the screen but I don't remember it being dropped or sat upon accidentally whicvh may cause this. It is possible that it get scratched since I place it with my coins in my pocket BUT is this possible when the screen is made with Corning Gorilla 5?

kureno0330

Maybe this is a screen problem, a hardware problem.

Can you make pictures of it?
