I have downloaded Outlool from playstore. I just have a Microsoft account. I normally use Outlook on my laptop. On the Xperia app Outlook doesn't recognize my Microsoft Id and Pw. After hours of counselling by Google, virgilio meil provider and microsoft support, without accomplishments...I ask Sony Community,hoping in more Luck. Thank You very much !

I use it too.

It really is straightforward.

Uninstall the app, restart the phone, reinstall.

Maybe first setup your Google mail in outlook?

Although I don't think that's relevant.

Come back when you still cannot manage.

I just created a microsoft mailaccount and added it.

I don't think you will need reinstalling the app.

Maybe you tapped on Google account?

When you fill in your outlook or hotmail address just tap on continue and you will be asked for your password.

i just setup my work account but it worked only after i set up the outlook app to be admin app for security reasons. the app asked me to do this setting so maby is not the same situation.
