Hi, I got my new sony xperia 10 plus just yesterday and it was working completely fine, no problems whatsoever. I left it to charge overnight and woke up to find it completely non-responsive. The screen is black and pressing the unlock button just makes a green light flash. Trying to charge just makes a red light flash, no charge symbol. I also tried a software repair with xperia companion but wouldn't get past the step where I hold the down volume button while connecting to pc. Holding unlock and volume up also does nothing, even after 2 minutes. Please advise me on what to do.

Seems very unresponsive indeed.

You didn't mention trying to boot into safe mode.

Maybe it's best to charge first or at least connect the charger, one never knows.

Push and hold power button and Vol down together. Hold for a while, maybe a longer while.

If that doesn't work send your phone in for repair or swapping after taking up contact with Sony local support.
