    <description>&lt;P&gt;My Sony Xperia 10 has suddenly just started shutting down by itself.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have done a software repair on the companion and it still does the same.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As soon as you switch it on it just goes to the Xperia logo and than says shutting down&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please assist if you have any advice&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;In that case charge battery to &amp;gt; 80% and use Xperia Companion again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If that doesn't work either try the optin that your device cannot be recognized or is a smart watch.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope that helps you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have done everything shown possible more than once and still no luck and Sony support number does not go through neither do they reply to emails.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
