Hi @Alias1338, let me see if I can help out here.

Have you recently purchased the device? You might experience that if you have bought an Xperia device that is not completely new (Xperia 10 was released in March), there may be a few software updates available. You can either install them one by one, and restart your device after every update, or you can perform a software repair using Xperia Companion and your device will get the latest update at once.

Keep in mind though that a software repair will erase all user data from the phone, so it is advised to backup your data before the repair in order to prevent data loss.
