How can i switch off the Retail Mode on my Xperia 10 Plus 4293?

Hi @Emm23, welcome to our forum!

Since the code doesn't work, go to Settings & notifications > tap the three dots in the top right corner "Show system" > scroll down and find "Retail demo" > tap on it and tap on "Force stop".

If you still aren't able to remove it, could you please send me a private message with your IMEI number? It could be that the device is not meant to be sold and is what we call a Storefront device and you can't remove the Demo mode on these devices, as far as I know.

You can find the IMEI number if you open up the Phone application and type in *#06#, or in Settings > System > About phone.

I can see that the device was originally sold in Hong Kong but someone has rooted it/flashed it and installed the customization for the United Kingdom.

If you didn't do this, get in touch with the seller, or try and go to Settings > Lock screen & Security > Advanced > Device admin apps > remove the check mark next to "Retail demo".

If it still doesn't work, get in touch with the seller.
