My Phone restarts when i try to make a call. And it also stops my Phone calls at start.

Did you try if it happens in Safe Mode too?

If it doesn't happen in Safe Mode then you probably installed an app that is misbehaving.

If you're interested in problems under the hood:

When apps misbehave it is often recorded somewhere and you can get information in the Support app that is installed on your device.

It's the upper right tile in the main menu. (App issues)

yes it did the same in safe mode

Then I advise you to do a Software Repair.

See that your Google account is synchronised (settings->accounts->your account@gmail.com

Do NOT restore everything. First try with bare bone software on your device and check if it works as expected.
