    <description>&lt;P&gt;No, its really weird.&amp;nbsp; Only that app, all fine on everything else.&amp;nbsp; I've checked all permissions have been given.&amp;nbsp; I've tried clearing caches, uninstalling and reinstalling.&amp;nbsp; But on the Monzo user group there's quite a few people with Xperias having the same issue, bu noone updates if its been sorted.&amp;nbsp; My old XZ1 never had a problem, just this 10 V.&amp;nbsp; Monzo assured me it was sorted last year, now its not, and guess what, I can't access my money until they've sorted it - 1 week now&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm having a nightmare.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I use Monzo for my banking.&amp;nbsp; Last year when I got my new Xperia 10 V I had problems identifying my identity on the app as the camer refused to work in the app, even though all permissions were given.&amp;nbsp; Monzo sorted it and said the "issue had been rectified" so I wouldn't have the problem again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yesterday I was asked to confirm my identdity again as I was making a large payment, and it didn't work again.&amp;nbsp; I ended up finding an old Samsung phone, installing the app and confirming that way to be able to send money.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They've been trying to sort it since for me and have got nowhere, its been escalated AGAIN to their higher IT department.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But when I was going through the Monxp support I found loads of people with Xperia phones having the same issue.&amp;nbsp; So is the issue with our phones or Monzo?&amp;nbsp; And has anyone managed to get the camera to worl with the app&lt;/P&gt;</description>
