I have a Xperia 10 for not even 1 month and I have a problem

Whenever I want to put the front camera my screen is all black and I put an error message.

When I do the diagnostic test it tells me that there is no camera.

I disabled reactivate the application

Turn off and turn on my phone

I reset the phone and still the same problem

How to resolve the situation?
