Merci mark.. So my sony xperia 10 is New and i ve à problèm to hear thé radio with thé speakers.. Only with thé headphone...

Thank you for the clarification, @Lila3!

In order for the radio to work you will need to have a headset connected to the phone, this due to the fact that the headset works as the antenna to the radio. Once you have a headset connected and the radio is switched on, you will be able to tap the headset icon in the top left corner of the display in order to use the phone speakers.

I know all of that for the radio... I ve done all... But my radio work only with thé headphone not with thé speakers of thé Phone... Bonne journée merci

Have you tried clearing data for the radio app? This will reset all settings for the app which might do the trick. In order to do this, find and tap Settings > Apps & notifications > Show all XX apps > Radio > FM-radio > Clear data > Tap "OK" > Restart the phone.

Another thing that you can try is to reboot your phone in safe mode to see if the radio app works better there. All apps downloaded from Play Store is temporarily deactivated while in safe mode and by doing this, you can see if this behaviour is caused by a downloaded app. For more information on safe mode and how to use it, click here.
