Xperia 5 III call issue

Hello!

I have the following problem with my new Sony Xperia III. If someone calls me and I answear or I call someone, sometimes that person doesn't hear me at all.This happened several times so far and it is getting pretty frustrating.Every time this happens I have to resume the call. The network signal is fine, the wi-fi calls are disabled.I don't know what is the issue and how can I fix it. Any help is more than welcome.Big thanks!!!

-Force restart the phone.
