I want to buy an Xperia 5 but on Amazon it tells me I can't use it in Ecuador, where I can buy a released Xperia 5 for any country?

In Ecuador they no longer bring the new Xperia smartphones, so I wanted to buy in Amazon USA but says that it only supports SIM from that country, I would like a link from where to buy it released for all countries...
