My Z5 premium back just came off from one side? Might be due to heat? Battery swell? Or just glue issue! What to do? There is no sony outlet in Pakistan.

I'm sorry to hear that, if you want to repair it yourself (DIY) you can use a hairdryer to remove the back panel and replace the panel or just the double sided tape, you can get it online, check amazon, ebay, etc.

Ive noticed that it is due to battery swell. So i guess changing back panel wont do anything. But we dont have any sony service outlet for mobiles in Pakistan. Any guidance for battery change?

Hi @Rahella, sorry to hear about this.

You should not use the device at all if the battery is swollen, so turn it off as soon as possible.

Regarding the service, get in touch with the retailer where you bought it and see if they can assist you.
