Xperia Z5 refurbished/warranty

I need help finding the warranty status of my phone and finding out whether it is brand new or refurbished. I have contacted Sony xperia support but it's an absolute joke. The warranty also doesn't show up in the support center.

I have typed ##786# in my dialler but the only RTN option there is 'reset' there is no view option. As well as other dialler options so don't bother mentioning them.

Anyone??
