Hi ....

I have big trouble with my sony xperia z3 dual (d6633) touch screen...

The middle and top part is not workng...what cause this problem..my display is perfectly all right...

Hi @Jemz, let me see if I can help out here!

As there is no setting available in the phone that is able to improve the touch response in the display, I suggest that you try to repair the software on your phone using a computer and Xperia Companion. Keep in mind though that a software repair will erase all user data, so remember to do a backup of your data before the repair.

If none of these measures manages to improve the functionality of the touch screen, I would advise that you get in contact with your local support team in order to have your phone sent to an authorized repair center. If you have any questions regarding the service such as routines, warranty and consumer laws, these kind of questions are best answered by your local support team as well.

Sir could you please tell me the steps to do with the companion software to repair my touch screen..

What i mean is, what i want to do with this software...could you help me with the steps ..bcz am newbie to this companion software...
