hello

i have an annoying problem in my xperia z walkman app that I cant fix

My problem is that the walkman app has some sound normalization built in which is extremely annoying. If there is a loud section in the track I'm listening to it lowers the volume and vica versa.

in other music player this does not happen.

if someone knows how to fix this problem I will be greatful

If you turn off the Equalizer under the sound enhancements section in this application this will stop; however this will obviously impact the quality of the audio in a different fashion.

Thank you..that indeed solve the problem. So there is no way to activate the eq without this volume diffrence?

I have had some further clarification regarding this function. If you can perceive an equalization of the sound loudness throughout a song (and in between songs) it is due to the function Dynamic Normalizer in the Sound Settings, which has the purpose of doing just this, being especially useful in noisy listening environments, or for the comfort of just leaving the volume control where it is.

Folks,

I have purchased Xperia Z two days ago.

Everything will be ok other than this jack issue.

I'm trying with the ear phones & head phones they provided, it sounds like local made devices.

>No effect of boss

>No sound clarity

>Low volume(eventhough I set it high)

I noticed one thing that part of jack is hit and stop by back wall of phone!

Pin is not completely inserted in to the jack.

And there is no way to adjust these walls too.

Any idea to solve this issue guys!!:smileyconfused:
