      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Greetings!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This message started occuring today after booting and whenever I open google hangouts (all the time)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am using Google play services v3.1.36 and I am on 10.3.A.0.423 (C6603).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please no recommendations like "clear cache / data, uninstall updates, hard reset etc". Assume that I have tried them and nothing worked. Just reply if you are sure about your answer, it will save us all time. Thank you in advance.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;that seems to be either a google server issue or a network connectivity issue, hardly doubt it but it could be another app acting up &lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
