I've updated my mobile phone SIM card is not recognized, unfortunately, when I turn on the "SIM network unlock PIN" wants!

It seems your phone was locked to a network operator and was unlocked by third party and not the network operator itself. That's why a software update triggered the Sim lock mechanism again as it wasn't locked permanently as is the case when unlocked by operator. Sometimes it happens that a phone unlocked by the operator also gets locked again after a software update. In that case, you should enter the same unlock code you used to unlock it before.

So a few questions.

How did you update your phone ?

From where did you buy the phone ?

Your phone is branded to what network operator ?

Give as much details as possible.

Did you update using flashtool ?

That's the reason.

Flashtool isn't an official Sony's software.

The firmware ( complete software ) in your phone that came pre-installed along with it was probably locked.

Flashing another firmware using flashtool on a phone branded to network operator triggers the sim lock mechanism.

However if you updated using Xperia Companion, your phone would have been fine.

Hey

I saw all your messages.

You have flashed using flashtool and it's an unofficial software. The warranty of your phone is void already.

You are allowed to use only Sony's tool that is Xperia Companion http://support.sonymobile.com/global-en/tools/xperia-companion/

Do one thing now. Download Xperia companion on your PC and install it. Connect your phone and see if it updates your phone to the latest build. I saw from the screenshots that you're running an old build and an update is available for your phone.

Never in future use flashtool if your phone is locked to network operator.

You know how to use flashtool and Xperifirm to download firmwares right ?

Run xperifirm and select Xperia Z5 from smartphones list > select E6633 dual > select CDA number 1297-9122 MENA Arabic, Customized MEA . Download it and flash the 32.2.A.0.224.

Tell me how it goes.

Yes.

Using Xperifirm, download the firmware I mentioned with red colour in my last post and flash that using flashtool.
