Ultra hd colour 10 bit

can anyone help with this

I have a Sony 2017 model 55XE9005 , connected to my sky q box

sky offered upgrade to 10 bit / ultra and I followed procedure on my Sony manual to update to 10 bit and enhanced .this was confirmed by both sky q and my tv , so that worked

however , sky advise that I need to try something else to achieve both audio and colour

my tv is connected with quality HDMI cables to sky q

Any ideas ?

The only thing you can do from the TV is make sure that you're using a high-speed HDMI cable while setting the format to enhanced.
The rest is to be done from the Sky box itself.
