PCM d100 - won't switch to internal mics

Hi all,

I have a Sony PCM-D100, very well cared form (mint). I haven't used it for 6 months to a year but yesterday when I tried to use it, it seemed that the gain ***** wasnt working when recording from internal mics. When I checked the recording register, it actually showed that the unit thinks it's recording from EXT input (it's not). Something seems to have happened while it sat on the shelf.

Anyway, I'm trying to find a repair center in London but the only place that I can get through do doesn't work on these and the other two won't answer the phone.

Any suggestions in London or UK?

ps It's one year out of warranty.

It seems that this is a professional-grade device according to Google. You should probably reach out to the pro support team.
