    <description>&lt;DIV class="lia-message-subject lia-component-message-view-widget-subject"&gt;&lt;DIV class="MessageSubject"&gt;&lt;DIV class="MessageSubjectIcons "&gt;&lt;DIV class="lia-message-subject"&gt;WH-1000XM3 Cracking/popping noise&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class="lia-message-body lia-component-message-view-widget-body lia-component-body-signature-highlight-escalation lia-component-message-view-widget-body-signature-highlight-escalation"&gt;&lt;DIV class="lia-message-body-content"&gt;&lt;P&gt;There is a cracking/popping noise on the left headset.&amp;nbsp; It seems in the past, all the way back to 2018 and prior, people have complained of this problem so I would have thought Sony would have fixed this problem by now through an update.&amp;nbsp; I am a Court Transcriber so moving away from my computer is not an option.&amp;nbsp; There are no other bluetooth devices around my headset.&amp;nbsp; I have tried all of the troubleshooting from the questions from 2018 and prior. Help! I didn't pay close to $300 for this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I think it is normal to hear some cracking or popping noise when using the noise cancelling even if it is from only one side. I think you can try to reduce this by optimizing the noise cancelling as shown in the link from Sony &lt;A href="https://www.sony.co.uk/electronics/support/articles/00224928" target="_blank"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just as a reference, it was mentioned in one of the links that this can happen on one ear due to the changes in the ambient environment as each side functions by it's own.
