Running Windows 7 - tp-link UB500 bluetooth 5.0 adaptor

loaded and installed driver

Headset paired successfully

BUT shows as a mono device!!

Any thoughts??

Sounds play but are quiet and definitely mono.

Help appreciated.

Could headset be faulty?

710N plays ok when wired connection.

Hi!

I´ve just bought a tp-link UB500 5.0 and my headphones don't even connect. They get paired, but when turned off and then on, they don't longer connect again (sounds like a click on left speaker).

What OS are u using? I'm running windows 10.

On the other hand, when the headphones connect, they sound stereo. I've tested then with a cellphone and on other computers and sound and connect correctly. Have you tried to pair them to a phone, to discard the issue of the tp-link?

I may give it a try with a tplink ub400.
