Sony HT-SD35 soundbar query ..🤔

Hi i have just recently purchased this same soundbar lovely sound, but seems to have an issue with disconnecting when changing channels, mines hooked up to the said Hdmi ARC port also...

Is this normal or am i setting up incorrectly?

Hi @dazzatheyid, did you try to connect via a different HDMI cable?

Also you might wanna check if the software on your TV is up to date or not.

If the issue continues I shall try a different HDMI cable yes as I'm aware software updated on TV which is also a sony oled
