WH-1000XM3 - touch panel not working on windows 10

WH-1000XM3
1. it is working OK while connected to Android.
I disconnect from the android and connect to the PC
2. When connected to Windows 10 v21H2 using wh-1000xm3 drivers
the touch panel does not control the music tracks from the PC.
start/stop/next/previous seems to control music coming from unknown source
(which is shown in the app. but I can't tell its source)
I can play music on the PC but can't control it with the touch
What am I doing wrong?
Is there a better driver for windows?

so, eventually the 2nd source was coming from another music player on my PC.

The issue is with Windows 10 that does not have an option to select which application you want to be controlled by the headset and does not switch automatically its control though sound is played.

In my case, I solve it by adding a small plugin to winamp and now my Sony touch pad works OK.
