RDP-X200IP Speaker/iPod Dock - Unable to Pair Bluetooth

Hi, can anyone help me?

My RDP-X200IP all works perfectly except that I'm unable to Pair a Bluetooth device to it.

When I select Bluetooth the blue LED just blinks slowly. If I press and hold the Bluetooth button to activate Pairing it just remains the same, slowly blinking.

When I look on my mobile phone at the list of Bluetooth devices available the speaker isn't shown/listed.

Is there anything I can try to fix this?

Hey, if it blinks slowly it means that bluetooth is on but it's not connected, when it is set to pairing mode it will flash quickly. You'll need to press and hold on bluetooth button on the remote to enter pairing mode and you'll hear a double beep. You can try and clear the list of models already paired and memorized on your system by selecting bluetooth and then press and hold on the Bluetooth and the volume - on the unit at the same time until the MEGA BASS indicator flashes and then try to pair via bluetooth again
