WF-C500 left side ear bud not working

The left side does nothing. When I put it in the charging case the left side blinks orange rapidly, when you remove it from the case the light turns off. pressing the button does nothing, holding the button pressed does nothing. The right side works fine and is paired with my phone. Any suggestions?

Hey @paulbras I think in this case i think you need to try the steps here. if the issue remained i think contacting Sony Support would the best option.
