HDR-AS30v GPS out of sync.

First tech support hung up on me when he realised he did not know how to help, Second suggested the GPS being within a minute is "within specification", she was trying to be helpful but clearly didn't understand the technology and was confusing video sync with gps aquisition time.

My problem is the videos rendered are out of synch by about 10-15seconds, i'm not sure if its always the same ammount each time.

bought this camera for GPS, and as you can see totally useless. other than purchasing additional software such as dashware or racerender, anyone know how i can sync them up? the second tech support lady is going to get back to me, but I dont hold much hope of a solution as i've searched teh software and theres no sync options so until they add one the camera is useless and a waste of my money.(already have a good video camera, wanted gps)
