Hi guys,

I currently have the Sony a7rii and have an issue with playing back images. When I am out shooting and playback an image I have just taken this is automatically zoomed in to 100% and it automatically zooms right out and I am unable to view the still image and then be able to zoom in as I want to check focus etc. has anyone any suggestion please?

Hey Scottkeenleyside,

Try the below:

1- Remove the battery pack, wait for about one minute, re-insert the battery pack, then turn on the power.

Hi, thank you so much for getting back to me!
I have already done a reset and still does not work and when I am trying to do an update I am getting this error message on the screen and I have spent hours trying ways to get around this and still not working!

Are you able to explore the menu normally, or have you noticed any strange movement like a button or a wheel was stacked?

Hi, yes the menu is fine as normal it’s just the zoom feature when playing back photos is the issue
