Sony A7R4 Compatability with Sony FE2.8 / 90 Macro G OSS SEL90M28G

Hello all,

I am running into an issue.

I have a Sony A7r4 bought used with 15,000 actuations.

I purchased a Sony 90mm Macro lens from KEH about a year ago, new.

Recently over the past few days when I attached the lens to the camera, I am getting an error.

When looking at the rear display on the camera I notice the aperture will show and then go blank then comes back and goes blank again.

Not sure what is going on.

I have not dropped either the camera or lens. Nothing has gotten wet.

Currently the camera is on Version 1.20. I am not sure about the lens.

It works intermittently and I am able to take pictures sometimes.

When the Aperture in going in and out I can hear the motors inside moving.

Any advice or assistance would be appreciated.
