    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;I bought an A7cii camera and a 24-50 G lens with a cashback offer and an extra year of warranty.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;This was in February 2025. Couldn't register my product or get any cashback according to the offer.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Been in contact with Sony several times without getting help and the case is still not resolved.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Waited 2 months without a response and then wrote to them again and then they replied that my case had been lost - asked me to send information again.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Terrible service and bad to offer things you can't follow up on.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Anyone with a similar experience?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
