NEX 7 New firmware stopped my flash from working.

Ever since performing the new firmware upgade on my NEX 7, my HVL F42AM flash has stopped working on my NEX 7. The F20AM works fine and the F42AM works ok on other Sony cams.

Has anyone else had this problem?

Is there any way that I can go back to the previous firmware version, as my flash is more important to me than the latest firmware update?

Oops, The contacts on my flash and camera needed cleaning. The flash now works fine. I was to quick to blame my gear and not myself.

Thanks for letting everyone know that you have fixed it. If anything, it can actually benefit other people who read your forum message as it will encourage them to clean their contacts as well if they are having the same problem - it is also nice to see another 'Green Tick' next to a problem that has been resolved
