Does anyone know of a Cybershot forum where the moderators have at least seen the camera? This forum is a joke! I do not think there is an instance on here where anyone has got a sensible response. It is the same on other Sony forums too. Once again Sony fall down spectacularly on customer care.

Thanks for posting on the sony forums and sorry you haven’t found the answers you were looking for. I appreciate it must be frustrating but the forum is actually set up as a user forum that Sony has made available for their customers to share opinions and tips about their products. It isn't a means to get in contact directly with Sony. I would suggest to contact Sony directly if you aren't getting useful feedback here.
