Dear community,

I have problems with my camera when I try to transfers images via WiFi from my camera to a tablet or smartphone android 10.0.

It's possible just with an old smartphone SAMSUNG J2 android 6.0.

Sony answered my that I have to upgrade the firmware 2.0 (2014). But I can not find upgrading software for this problem. Even remote control of the camera.

Unlikely there's no more upgrade of firmware for this model of camera.
