Hi All,

After being out taking around 200 shots with no problem I turned camera on to delete from card but found all the functions and controls on my RX10 m4 have stopped working. The camera turns on, lens extends and screen comes on but that`s as far as it goes. The only control that seems to work is the side "focus mode dial", none of the other controls/buttons/dials work including menu. Lens only zooms manually. Camera still focuses and will take one shot (including with a wire remote) when first turned on, then nothing. Camera will auto turn off after 5 minutes as usual. I have connected camera to my computer via usb but it does not register. Any help will be appreciated.

You can try to take control by plugging a mouse in the USB port.

If that can gain control over the menu you can do a factory reset.
