Hello

I've just bought a Sony DSC-RX100M7A to replace my Sony DSC-RX100M7 that I lost. I've tried to open the .ARW files in Adobe Camera Raw but a message comes up saying it is not supported. I'm using the latest version of Camera Raw.
I've tried alternatives for processing my ARW files but they're all quite terrible.

If I'd known about this problem then I would quite likely have searched for a RX100M7 instead of the RX100M7A.

Is it yet known when this model will be supported by Camera Raw? Is there a way to get Sony to lean on Adobe to make them aware of this issue?.

Hi @SamTether You will need to check Adobe's Camera Raw Support Page as Adobe regularly updates their list of supported cameras.

Thanks TheGOAT. I've been checking daily for an update but nothing so far. I hope they don't forget about this model, I wouldn't have bought this if I'd known.

Yes, I sent a message a few days ago using the conversation box but only received a message saying 'customer support specialists will be in touch with you shortly'. We'll see.
