    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yes, no surprise there !&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But it is definitely always worth giving it a desent charge, via a wall charger for best results - its a more reliable method than the PC, as sometimes , if left on for a long period, it can switch into stand-by.switch off mode and actually drain the battery. You can safely leave it plugged into the wall overnight, as it won't overcharge this type of battery.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <title>Stuck on "opening book"</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;My PRS T1 is stuck on the opening book screen. I was just reading and it somehow jumped to there.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now it does not respond to any buttons or reset functions at all.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Even onnecting it to an PC or Mac does not help. It does not do anything anymore...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

I ended up sending it back to Sony. Turns out they solved the problem by charging it up for four hours. Then they tried to charge £30 me as they found no fault. I had to argue with them before they sent it back free of charge.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
