    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P _mce_style="" style=";"&gt;I was helping my father in law the other day setting up his t1 so that he can buy books from the reader.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P _mce_style="" style=";"&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P _mce_style="" style=";"&gt;updated firmware, created account on reader store and authorised reader and computer. bought book on computer and realise i can transfer it using reader store.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P _mce_style="" style=";"&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P _mce_style="" style=";"&gt;the problem is that he is not very technical so i want him to be able to buy books on device(or i can buy books using his account on the computer and he can them download them from purchased content on reader).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P _mce_style="" style=";"&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P _mce_style="" style=";"&gt;the problem is that when i try and log into his account on the reader it keeps telling me login details are wrong. i have reset password which doesnt help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P _mce_style="" style=";"&gt;I did wonder if it was something to do with the new reader store in the uk. went home and can log in fine on my t1.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P _mce_style="" style=";"&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P _mce_style="" style=";"&gt;anyone else had this problem? or any advice?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P _mce_style="" style=";"&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P _mce_style="" style=";"&gt;thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P _mce_style="" style=";"&gt;thomas&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
